无聊听会儿，大概是去年12月虾皮的采访，一个钟。

真的没太多新内容。日常讲了一堆伊斯坦布尔。讲了利物浦，还有关于教练们，还有板鸭的世界杯。当然还有那段著名的有朝一日我也想当利物浦教练但Stevie肯定比我先，大家都知道我就不写了。

没睡醒的片段听写，选段的标准是看我心情xx 听写的准确率大概是负。事实是我还有万字的正经采访要翻译，而我却在这里听腿姐吹水，乙烷。

2. [Your English is very good... You when to Irland... ] 

When I arrived at liverpool I was 22, but I havd an OK level of English. Probably not good enough to pick up the Scouse accent...

当我去到利物浦的时候只有22岁，但我的英文水平还可以，也许没有好到能听懂利物浦口音……

自信，挺好。

3. I guess that I have some kind of amnesia. Some of them (memories) are gone. What happened before the game, what kind of preparation we had...Something that I can'trecall.

我可能有点失忆什么的。有一些记忆已经消失了，赛前发生了什么，我们如何做的准备……有些事我记不起来了。

4. [It was 2 or 3 hours after the game (Istanbul) , 3 or 4 o'clock in the morning... I thought you would wen mental after winning something like this, and you were just sitting down, talking about the game...with the clam that suprised me.]

Probably we got that full menment when we got back at Liverpool. When we saw so many people and what it really meant for them. For sure it meant so much for us. but it took us some time to realize how big the achievement was, and... the miracle really happended.

大概当我们回到利物浦的时候才感受到那种喜悦。当我们看见这么多的人迎接我们，体会到这对他们来说意味着什么……当然，这对我们来说也有很重要的意义，但我们花了一些时间才意识到这是一个多大的成就……奇迹真的发生了。

5. It has happened to me many times. When you have put so much physically, emotionally, that adrenadline... and everything is gone. You're just exhausted, empty, and you can't react to the emontion, you can't react to interation with people... I need some time to recharge myself, to reconnect.

这发生在我身上很多次了。当你全身心的投入一场比赛，你感受到肾上腺素……一切都结束之后，你只觉得疲惫和空虚，你无法对那些情绪做出反应，无法和别人正常交流……我需要些时间来充电，“重新连接”。

7. (About Pep...) For me, most of the time I was on the other side. I watched it from the outside. This Barca, they played great. But, there has to be a reason. And to be able to see that for the first time, the process is great to me.

8. (If being a coach...) I like to control the game... As a midfielder, the controller of the game, my idea links toward to the control.

（如果未来有可能，你的执教理念……）我喜欢掌控比赛。作为一个中场，球赛的控制着，我的理念与“控制”紧密相连。

很好，很控制狂了。

9. [You decided to move to Madrid to live...]

It's a great city, we have lived in here for 5 years, we have very good friends, we are very close to San Sebastian... It makes a lot of sense for the present, and for the future.

[你决定搬到马德里定居……]

是的，这是一个很棒的城市，我们在这里生活过5年，有很好的朋友在这，也离圣塞非常近……这对现在和未来来说都是一个合理的决定。

所以现在确实住在马德里。

10. (The knock to the chest...) At that monment I didn't realize what happened. I said to myself: "What the hell happened here?" I didn't know what got on my chest. Cos' I felt something that I have never feelbefore. It was so strong, so direct, the impact on my chest. That I couldn't even breathe. But I was on the floor, and I told meself, this is the World Cup final, you can't miss it, you need to carry on... And I kept goint, not feeling perfectly, but I kept going.

（关于窝心脚）那个瞬间我并没有意识到发生了什么。我对我自己说：“刚才他妈发生了啥？”我不知道是什么撞到了我的胸口，因为我体会到了一种从未有过的感觉。那一击如此强烈，如此直接，撞在我的胸口，我甚至有些呼吸困难。但我躺在地上，对自己说，这是世界杯决赛，你不能错过这个，你必须坚持下去……于是我坚持踢比赛，虽然感觉并不在最佳状态，但我坚持踢下去。

每天提醒一下窝心脚还疼不疼。

这都不是重点，重点是虾皮说wth怎么这么可爱啊（昏厥。

11. (About Casillias' save)...Iker has that saint monment along his career. We all remenber and we all love him for that monment. Because he changed our professional lifes, it was unblievable.

（世界杯决赛卡西对罗本的扑救……）Iker在他的职业生涯里拥有这样的高光时刻。我们都记得那一刻，并且都深爱着他。他改变了我们的职业生涯，这简直难以置信。
